CPCNRI - Cost Processing Center For Nri Customers :

> Cpcnri deals with the all operations releated to Nri customer
> Three Departments are be clasiffied with Cpcnri i.e.,

1.CPCNRI -> Account Opening
2.CPCNRI -> Transactions
3.CPCNRI -> FCRM


1.CPCNRI -> Account Opening : This dept deals with the a.c opening process of the Nri Customers.

2.CPCNRI -> Transactions : This dept deals with the post a.c opening process of the Nri Customers. (like from A.c activation to Address Change to Fds and Fcnrs opening and so on.... )

3.CPCNRI -> FCRM : This dept deals with the online request of the Nri customers directly through customer and vide call center.
